By using the All In for 90 mobile application or website (“the Service”), you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is intended for users in jurisdictions where it is legally permitted.

3. Account Registration

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

Free tier: Available at no cost. No payment information required.

All In tier:

  • Trial: $1 for the first 7 days
  • Ongoing: $19/month after trial, billed monthly
  • Subscriptions purchased on the website are processed via GoHighLevel / Stripe
  • Subscriptions purchased in-app are subject to Apple App Store or Google Play billing terms

You authorize recurring charges to your payment method. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

5. Refunds

All subscriptions are subject to our Refund Policy. We do not offer refunds for partial billing periods except as required by applicable law or as described in the Refund Policy.

6. Affiliate Program

Participation in the affiliate program is subject to additional terms:

  • Commissions are earned only on web purchases made through your unique referral link
  • App Store and Google Play purchases are not commissionable
  • Commission begins after the trial period converts to a paid subscription
  • A minimum of 4 active All In subscribers is required before any payout is issued
  • Once the 4-subscriber threshold is met, all active referrals count
  • Payouts are made via ACH on the 15th of each month (or nearest business day)
  • Self-referrals and fraudulent referrals will result in termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions
  • All In for 90 reserves the right to modify commission rates with 30 days’ written notice to active affiliates

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Post content that is harmful, abusive, defamatory, or harassing
  • Attempt to access another user’s account
  • Scrape, copy, or redistribute content without permission
  • Use automated tools to interact with the Service
  • Manipulate the affiliate system fraudulently

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

8. Content

Your content: You retain ownership of content you post in the community. By posting, you grant All In for 90 a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display that content within the Service.

Our content: All course materials, program content, AI responses, and site content are owned by All In for 90 and protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or distribute this content without written permission.

9. AI Health Coach

The AI health coach is an automated tool designed to provide general wellness guidance based on program knowledge and your personal data. It is not a licensed medical professional. Its responses do not constitute medical advice. Do not use it to diagnose or treat medical conditions. See our Health Disclaimer.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that the program will produce specific health results.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All In for 90 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including health outcomes, financial outcomes from the affiliate program, or data loss.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance. We will notify you of material changes through the app or email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the state of [your state], without regard to conflict of law principles.
